Mexico manager Ricardo Lavolpe has chosen his preliminary squad for the World Cup, and Cuauhtemoc Blanco isn't a part of it. The America striker was not included in Lavolpe's provisional 26-man roster announced Sunday night in a nationally televised news conference, leading to media speculation that Blanco's frosty relationship with the Argentine manager was the reason.
